Terms and Conditions

Last updated 2 October 2026. Please read these terms before creating an account. They include our Privacy Policy.

1. About Prime League

Prime League ("Prime League", "we", "us") runs online eFootball and EA FC competitions from Uganda. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account, registers a team, or uses the website or app.

Prime League is an independent competition. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by UEFA, any football club, Konami, Electronic Arts or any platform holder. Club names and crests belong to their owners and are shown only to identify team badges.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give accurate details, including a phone number you can be reached on. Your number's country decides the currency you pay in.
  • One account per person. Don't share your account or let anyone else play for you.
  • Keep your password private. Sign-in uses a code sent to your email; tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Teams, names and badges

  • Team names may only use letters, numbers and spaces, and short names are exactly three letters. Offensive, misleading or impersonating names are not allowed and may be changed or removed.
  • Each club badge can be used by one team only, on a first come, first served basis.
  • Custom badges cost a fee and are reviewed by Prime before they appear. Only upload images you have the right to use. We may reject a custom badge that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights; if we do, you can upload a different image at no extra cost or ask for a refund of the badge fee.

4. Registration, fees and refunds

  • Entry fees and custom badge fees are shown before you pay: in Ugandan shillings (UGX) if your phone number is Ugandan, and in US dollars (USD) otherwise.
  • Your place in a season is confirmed only after your payment has been verified and Prime has approved your registration.
  • If we reject your registration, or cancel a season before its draw, we refund your entry fee in full.
  • You may withdraw and ask for a refund before the draw is made. Once the draw is made, entry fees are not refundable.
  • Teams disqualified for breaking these terms are not refunded.
  • Your payment provider or bank may charge its own fees, which we don't control.

5. Competition format

Each season follows the format and rules published on its page. In the league phase, teams are drawn from four pots and play eight different opponents, with all teams in a single table. Tie-breakers are listed on the season's "Format & rules" tab.

We may adjust dates, deadlines or the format where needed to run the competition fairly, and we'll tell affected managers.

6. Matches and results

  • Play each match within its matchday window, using the game settings in the season rules.
  • Either manager reports the score with a clear screenshot of the full-time screen. The opponent confirms it or disputes it with a reason.
  • A team that doesn't play within the window, without an agreed reason, may lose the match 3–0.
  • Reporting a false result or editing a screenshot is a serious breach.

7. Fair play and conduct

  • No cheating, hacks, mods, exploits of game glitches, or deliberate disconnections.
  • No account sharing, playing on someone else's behalf, or arranging results (match fixing), including for betting.
  • Treat opponents and admins with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination are not tolerated.

8. Disputes and sanctions

Prime League admins review disputed results and suspected breaches using the evidence available. Their decision is final. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may give a warning, change a result, deduct points, disqualify a team or close an account.

9. Prizes

Any prizes are announced on the season page. To receive a prize you may need to verify your identity and payment details. Prizes can't be transferred, and you are responsible for any taxes on them.

10. Privacy Policy

We handle personal data in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect: your name, email, phone number and country; your teams, badges and results; screenshots you upload; payment references and status; and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.

Why: to run your account and the league, verify sign-ins, take payments, settle disputes, contact you about your matches, and keep the competition fair and secure.

Who sees it: team names, badges, gamer tags and results are public. Your email and phone number are visible only to you and Prime League admins. We share data with payment and email providers only as needed to provide the service, and we never sell it.

How long: we keep your data while your account is active, and season results as part of the league's history.

Your rights: you can see and correct your details on your profile, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account.

11. Liability

We work to keep Prime League running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't responsible for problems with game servers, networks or platforms we don't control. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the season concerned.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and ask you to accept the new version the next time you use Prime League.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. For questions about these terms or your data, contact the Prime League admins using the contact details on the website.
